Shipping and Exchange Policy
All individual orders from the Wildlife Boutique are dispatched within 1 to 21 days of receipt of order.

Overseas Orders
Orders are sent air mail via Australia Post or for larger orders air freight and may take 7 to 10 days. Purchases over $100 are insured.

Australian Orders
Orders are sent via Australia Post or for larger orders air freight and may take 3 to 8 days. Purchases over $100 are insured.

Backorders
If you order a product which is expected to be out-of-stock for more than 14 days, we will mail or phone to alert you of the delay and the expected ship date. You will have the option to “hold the entire order until all products are in stock”, “substitute a different product for out-of-stock products on order” or “split the order”. If you split the order, all-in-stock products will be sent immediately, and the remainder product(s) will be sent as soon as they arrive, without any additional shipping charges.

Damaged Items
In the event that any of our products arrive damaged, please email and we will arrange a return of the damaged product at our cost. Once the damaged product has been returned to us, we will send replacement immediately.

Return Policy
1. Before confirming your order please make sure;
        1.1 The size is the right size for you.
        1.2 You reorder the style and color that you like.
        1.3 If you have questions please call or email us before your order so we can help you finalize your purchase.

2. No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from customer service.

3. A 20% restocking fee will be billed to your credit card, if an item is returned for reasons other than damage or defect.

4. Shipping damages, shortages and discrepancies must be claimed within 3 days from receiving your order. Any claims after this period will NOT be honored.

5. Shipping charges cannot be refunded if an item for reasons other than damage or defect.

6. Return authorizations are valid for thirty (30) days only.

7. Credits to your account will be issued once we receive the item(s), less the 20% restocking fee (if applicable).

8. To exchange size of merchandise, there will be a shipping & handling charge of $20.00.

9. Our sizing chart is an approximate guide for all orders locally and internationally.
