The endangered species chosen for the designs are just a few of the many species under threat. Some live in the tropics, some in the world's coldest regions. Some are huge, some are tiny. Some swim, some move at ground or tree level, and many fly. Where survival is concerned all are at risk to a lesser or greater degree, and many are already extinct. All over the world, countries are now protecting their endangered species by setting up conservation areas and introducing anti-hunting laws, yet, in spite of this, the threat continues.
